If you want to pay over $10 for 3 thin slices of meat and a poor helping of veggies and stale bread, this is your spot. They don't even have jalapenos. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have jalapenos!?!
Will not be returning. Service was fine, barely any seating, a little dirty in the lobby.
Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the staff was friendly and fast.

The place was super small, but very clean. Restrooms were clean. We were visiting from out of town and the experience was consistent with our local spot in Snohomish, WA.

Walked in and didn’t even get a greeting just a mean stare by the big guy, didn’t say a word while taking our order and then walked away. After 2 minutes my dad forgot to get it toasted and went up to ask for it to be toasted and their response was, “it’s already done” while we waited 5 more minutes for our sandwiches. Watching them work with other customers they were also super mean and looked like they hated their job. I love Jimmy John’s but I will never go back to that location and it’s unbelievable how rude people can be. The workers looked like they hadn’t washed their clothes in months and the kitchen was super unorganized and dirty. Unbelievable.
The workers also parked their cars in front of the store in non parking places which makes it super hard to pull into the spots in front of the store, we had to do a 5 point turn to even get out of the parking lot. Just ridiculous can’t believe that Jimmy John’s is still open.

THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING!
Stopped with my wife on our way back home from Bend. Ten minutes after eating, I had terrible stabbing pain in my stomach, followed by nausea, and finally, three days of explosive diarrhea. And to top it off, the service was terrible. Avoid at all costs if you value your intestinal wellbeing.

My husband and I are regulars at Jimmy John’s. They are very consistent. This place met our expectations, but the bread was slightly undercooked. I love it when it’s light brown on top.. I don’t know if this is in compliance, but this is the way we two, customers like it! Keep up the good work. I didn’t take a picture because we gobbled it up.🤣

Sandwich was good but two of the guys that worked there seemed like we were bothering them just by walking into the store.
Ordered the ultimate Italian with no mayo extra tomato and the zesty ranch with salt and vinegar chips for $19.11. It was on point and pretty good. Little pricey but hit the spot. Atmosphere I gave 2 stars cuz it it was busy and I sat outside in sprinkling rain. But it wasn't bad.

Briana was incredibly sweet and made my visit memorable with her warm attitude and top-tier service. She recommended a new wrap that was so damn good, I’m still thinking about it! The entire crew was efficient, hospitable, and clearly worked together like a well-oiled machine. Quick service, great energy, and delicious food—Jimmy John’s crushed it today!

I have never seen such unprofessional employees. I called in an order to be delivered. I was told that they don’t deliver to my address, which is only 7 miles away. I was frustrated that they couldn’t deliver and raised my voice a bit and said that they had lost money. So I decided to go pick up my order. Before I got there, the manager called me and said I was banned for life for swearing at the employee. That was a lie but the manager wouldn’t even listen to me. He was cold and uncaring. Beware, don’t raise your voice or you will be banned.

So my mom was ordering food, and they said that they can’t deliver here. She raised her voice a bit because they are 7 minutes and they won’t deliver. The young girl with the brown hair, lied to her boss and said that my mom cussed at her and then they banned my mom from the store. I heard the whole conversation and my mom did not once cuss. That store is gonna start losing money because of that girl. Also the guy I talked to didn’t seem to care. So if any of you raise your voice, you will be banned from jimmy John’s.
