Ordered the ultimate Italian with no mayo extra tomato and the zesty ranch with salt and vinegar chips for $19.11. It was on point and pretty good. Little pricey but hit the spot. Atmosphere I gave 2 stars cuz it it was busy and I sat outside in sprinkling rain. But it wasn't bad.

I have never seen such unprofessional employees. I called in an order to be delivered. I was told that they don’t deliver to my address, which is only 7 miles away. I was frustrated that they couldn’t deliver and raised my voice a bit and said that they had lost money. So I decided to go pick up my order. Before I got there, the manager called me and said I was banned for life for swearing at the employee. That was a lie but the manager wouldn’t even listen to me. He was cold and uncaring. Beware, don’t raise your voice or you will be banned.

So my mom was ordering food, and they said that they can’t deliver here. She raised her voice a bit because they are 7 minutes and they won’t deliver. The young girl with the brown hair, lied to her boss and said that my mom cussed at her and then they banned my mom from the store. I heard the whole conversation and my mom did not once cuss. That store is gonna start losing money because of that girl. Also the guy I talked to didn’t seem to care. So if any of you raise your voice, you will be banned from jimmy John’s.

This is the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I go here 2-3 times a month and every time it takes 15-20 minutes to get my food. Even when I use the app. Disappointing. I am hopeful they will be quicker with each order but they always disappoint.

I ordered through the app, and by the time I arrived, my food was ready to go. This added level of convenience is a big plus for this location, making it a great choice for anyone in a hurry.
Overall, I’d give this Jimmy John’s a solid 4/5 stars. The food and service were excellent, and the added convenience of the drive-thru makes it a top choice for quick meals. Need to change, update, or honor your posted hours. Drove from several miles to get 3 sandwiches at 9pm. Google and JJ site shows open till 10pm. Found door locked and employee shaking their head NO at us. Bad form and poor service. Drive thru wasn't open either. I can understand if it was drive thru only after 8pm especially if only one person is working but this location was closed. Be warned.

We’ve eaten at this Jimmy John’s location a few times and someone always ends up disappointed. This time a combo was ordered but not received and the sandwiches were very light on the toppings. This location just doesn’t match up to all of our other Jimmy John’s experiences.

The drive-thru worker was very friendly and thorough, she even let me know that they were using different stickers than normal for the sandwiches. I didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde lady with a red shirt. Very impressed with how quick my food was ready. Overall very good customer service and great food!
