paid extra to have our food delivered only to have KFC mess up our order! $30 with tip . call to inform the they forgot some of my husbands food . The manager tells me i can come back and they will give it to me at no cost 😳. She said they were really busy so evidently they can not work and fill a correct order . Not Happy!!
When the food is good it's good... but quite often orders are fouled up, and I am just tired of it, because to top it off I am treated poor regard when actually deciding to bring my issues to the store's attention.
As one who generally orders family-sized meal orders weekly or more, it's very disheartening, and even though we live a mere block away, the convenience is not worth it anymore.
