I'm 72 years old and have eaten KFC since childhood. Today I had a order taker who couldn't get my order right. The worst is when we got home and opened the bucket. I have never seen chicken dripping in oil and overcooked. When we turned the chicken over it was black as coal on the bottoms. There was no meat in the thighs that was even edible, it was shrunken and dried from the over cooking. I will never eat at the Centralia store again.

Food is exceptional, I do enjoy some KFC especially with KFC sauce. I mobile ordered 13 KFC sauces with my meals. I drove 30 minutes to pick up my meal. I get it. Drive back home and sure enough. I am missing my 13 KFC Sauces. My mistake for not checking the bag but there was not even 1 kfc sauce

It was good…at first. I ordered off of doordash from this location. I was digging in like..yum! crispy, flavorful, good seasoning. THEN my boyfriend says “ew. oh my god that’s gross. it tastes frozen.” i was like….um weird mines good!! Unfortunately, after i had already eaten almost everything, I then looked into my box and to my horror i found a hair. A small, black, wavy piece of hair. I personally am a bright red head, veryyyy ginger. My boyfriend on the other hand has brown hair, so i was thinking at first…oh this is dark maybe it’s his! BUT NO his hair is not that wavy. no chance it was him. I then closed the box and wrote this review. I’m hungry man.

Service and meal was great. The cost of the coleslaw was totally outrageous. $4.53 for a small batch. There aren’t even any eggs in it. I choose to leave it there. Kindness is never wasted.

You would think at 5:00 on a Friday night, Valentines day, that you wouldn't have to wait 20-25 minutes for extra crispy chicken. I'm not one to write a bad review but she didn't seem to care.

This restaurant is very poorly managed. We were there at 5 30 pm and they were out of original recipe. This is the norm. Time management and allowing for lunch or dinner crowds are non existent
Quite disappointed today. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. The biscuit was hard as a rock. Really too bad because I was looking forward to it today. The coleslaw was great today, reminding me of my mother-in-law’s

I won't lie. This place seemed to be slowly sinking the last few years. Now though? They've turned it around. I don't know if the recipe has been revamped or if there are new processes put in place, but my food was delicious.
We ate in. We ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders with their comeback sauce. The chicken was hot, juicy, and delicious. The comeback sauce was really good. It is like a peppery fry sauce. The biscuit was light and fluffy.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied and I recommend that if you haven't been here in a while, you come and give them a try.
