Why is service so horrible? Waited 30 mins for a DoorDash for 10 hotdog nuggets , cheese curds and a large drink. They parked us and then pumped out numerous new orders. After asking about the order it was still not ready with no ETA on completion. Finally the app was able to let me abandon the order for zero pay.

Took my 19.99 coupon to KFC for an 8 pc. chicken strip meal, with 2 sides and 4 biscuits, my price 27.04. the guy behind the counter claimed it was taxes. no where on my receipt showed 19.99. The store was not that busy and I had to wait about 25 minutes for my order. The last time I go to this KFC. Not the only restaurant that I refuse to go to in the area. Several need help. in quality, and customer service. This one gets a grade F from me.

It seems anymore that you have to literally sit there and go through everything that you ordered but you wait until you get home which you shouldn't have to do only to find that your order isn't what it was supposed to be. sad .. Where's my dessert 😡😤

Very disappointed got 0 sauces the chicken strips were awful. We ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and they tasted nasty as well only good thing was the potatoes and gravy

I come here all the time, constant doordash and online orders. I'm used to having to wait when there is a line of cars or the inside is super busy, however tonight was different. I didn't get the lady's name because she wasn't in a uniform, she looked directly under the heated cabinet and made eye contact with me, then proceeded to continue her conversation while her coworkers were making an order. Even though the wait of 3-5 minutes was short, my order was cold by the time I received it, on top of that I did not get any sauces, forks, spoons, or napkins. Kfc is usually on it, crazy that on a slow night, this problem occured.

I ordered on the app with a 40%discount. I paid on the app. When my daughter went to pick it up, they didn't have the order. She had to order it again and pay for it with no discount!
