The food was gross and way overpriced. Over-salted and under-flavored. You kind of feel stuck at the hotel as there's not much close. The tacos across the street were way better.

The waitress was not friendly what so ever despite it being a celebration of my son’s birthday. She took our order and brought our pathetic looking meals and then she refused to make eye contact or see if we needed anything(which we did). She was too busy checking her Apple Watch. The food was even worse than the service. What chef or sever in their right mind could serve this to someone?! If I wanted less than mediocre, overpriced food I could have just went to Dennys.

Salty chicken wings, microwave shrimp Alfredo with no flavor, gas station quality cheese burger and a single orange slice for the kids fruits? Super expensive to boot..
Waited 40 mins for two fast-food quality burgers and a pair of microwaved chickenstrips. The pictures on the menu versus what they actually serve you are two totally different things. Our table ran out of water early into the wait, finally had to ask another server, because we never saw our server, for water. On the plus side, it was extremely easy to figure out the tip...
I'm not happy with the service at all. My server was unpleasant and ruined the night for us, all while putting on a facetious smile as if I can't recognize someone giving my table a hard time. You might have a completely different experience--i certainly hope so!
But my experience was unpleasant and the manager was useless when it came time to make things right.
Some really nasty servers here, they go out of their way to make an unpleasant experience.
I expect better.
The good: Front staff was good and restaurant was open later than other options in the area.
The bad: Food was mediocre at best and prices were way too high for the food quality.
Summary: We would only go there again if there is no other option available.

The food is average and the employee has a bad attitude and behavior. Dissatisfied face. There are French fries inside, hair, she doesn’t even feel sorry after all this, she didn’t even have an appetite to eat anymore.

The super fun water park for kids!! I just don't agree with paying 16 dollars for parking when it's a hotel where the room is over 300dls, plus games and food is not a pleasure in my opinion.

Extremely disappointed!Waited 1 hour for food after we orderedThis is unacceptable especially in a hotel designed for kids!
Daisy was our server and was amazing. My son and I have to eat gluten free and she went to the kitchen to make sure she knew what was safe for the two of us. She was kind and helpful and really made the experience a great one! Thank you Daisy!Food: Good, safe and those gluten eaters really loved what they got as well. The best service we had all weekend was from Daisy!

Not what it used to be. This was our summer vacation goto place until this last stay. Last year the entire place had switched to a cashless society, the self serve soda machines required bar codes for the forever refill cups purchased in previous years. Overall I would say the environment seemed less friendly than previous stays. No one seemed to know anything when asked as every single one said they were new and didn't know. Usually spend around a grand in cash here but since they became cashless they didn't get any of it. The arcades were more expensive with several broken, and each day we stayed the arcades went up in price. Towels were cheaper feeling than ever before and the resort was very stingy about letting you have 1. Magiquest had been relocated to where many items were in 1 hall, and we were told they might get rid of it all together. The resort seems to be heading in a poor direction. Water park was the only redeeming part of the stay... beside the towel hoarding.

The service was great, there was an attempt at better food but parts of each dish were hit and miss. For the prices, the meals should be much better! Just okay.
