The pandemic kept us home so over the past year we have tried most of the pizza places, over and over again.I was reluctant because the store front is simple and low key. They are only open Friday and Saturday....worth the wait. Where do I begin. The large pizza, is very large. I deliberately ordered a simple pepperoni so I could really taste the sauce, crust and cheese. I was very impressed. Immediately, when you open the box you see what a real pizza should look like. An awesome smell from the 2 kinds of pepperoni, different kinds of cheeses, golden crust, cooked to perfection. It really took me back to when I was a kid. Old school pizza!When you pick up a slice you may need two hands it is a hefty, hearty, tasty pizza.

The hubby and I just tried Maverick's for the first time and we will most definitely be repeat customers! Kay was super friendly and the pizza and Cheesy bread were both really good. I also got a salad, the lettuce and veggies were fresh and it was a great size for the price. I highly recommend this pizza place!

We have been wanting to try this place and finally got the chance. We enjoy the pizza very much. Great toppings and the sauce was excellent. In addition the service was outstanding. Loved the no contact pickup window at curbside. Nice touch.I would recommend this place in a New York Minute.Wish they were open more than a few days a week.

I had a beast over this over the weekend. I got busy over Labor Day but it was too memorable to not post. I'd be disrespecting the pizza to not leave a review. So, get a beast and change your life. It was quality toppings and crust, not greasy. I've been to NYC and Chicago to eat pizza and this place could put us on the map.

I don't leave reviews, ever. But I want this place to stick around. This is really great pizza. You might order it and see it lacks topping but it doesn't. It is all perfectly balanced to meet the needs of your taste. You're doing yourself a disservice by not coming here
