I’ve never had an issue with this particular location for the last 6 years, until last night. It was a busy day for us and I ordered food on the mobile app so my husband can pick it up (this is something we’ve done multiple times). When my husband got to the drive-thru they refused to give him the food. We have done this multiple times and never had an issue before. They refused to issue a refund, I couldn’t leave the house so I wasn’t able to go. So yeah we didn’t get food and they didn’t refund us so they stole over to $21 from us. Although they are nice and professional, unfortunately they have gotten my order wrong almost every time I’ve come here. I simply just asked for no ketchup. They either give me burgers with only ketchup or they just make them regular and don’t satisfy my request. I’m actually not supposed to eat ketchup or anything tomato based at all so it’s unfortunate that this McDonald’s continues to mess this up over and over and over again. I feel like the people working the line really need to pay attention to the screen better or get trained better in order to prevent mistakes like this from happening.

I just had the worst experience of my life at this McDonald's from the drive-thru order taker at the second window. I left in tears. I go there all the time I probably won't go back. Was there this morning at 9:30 am on October 14th. It was not the back cashier I can't stress that enough. The woman who is probably in her 30s is always polite. This was a younger person and she snapped at me for asking a simple question. Honestly people like that shouldn't be in customer service because I do the same job and I could never.

Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s, which is how I usually order. The service was actually pretty good this time — the person taking my order was nice and the overall interaction felt smooth. The only issue I tend to run into (and it’s really my main gripe with McDonald’s in general) is that when I order my burgers plain — nothing on them, no toppings, and definitely no cheese — they sometimes forget and add things anyway. It doesn’t happen every single time, but it’s frequent enough that it stands out. Aside from that, I’ve been pretty satisfied. Yesterday’s visit was a good one, and I appreciated the friendly service at the window.
