Please hire qualified workers! Charging extra for less flavoring is criminal. Then being rude and pretending like I got extra flavoring is next level ridiculous.

Took 10 minutes to get a drip coffee inside with nobody in front of me. Customers were the last thing on the staffs mind. Insisted I stand in a particular area and wait, while they chat with each other & make fun of a customer that came and left after me without getting anything. Staff need to be kind & respectful. After all this they poured a 1/3 of the cup with cream, when I had asked for a splash. Then snarkley said oh do you want me to make another one, no as Customers we just want you to listen & be kind!

I rated this 4 stars because the some of the workers don't know what their doing and even though Starbucks is liberal I really like the Caramel frap. And I would totally recommend the caramel frap.

Coffee is fine just want everyone to know Lynn on door dash likes to steal coffee orders. I guess she likes iced white chocolate mochas too.

I love stopping here. Sweet baristas who are respectful and fast! Quick. One of them also gave me an enamel pin to celebrate pumpkin spice's 20-year anniversary! It made my day. I get Frappuccinos, usually caramel white chocolate mochas, definitely worth it.
Terrible service. I ordered a bacon Gouda only to be told after I paid that they were out of them and asked me to pick a new sandwich- Im pretty sure the bacon Gouda was more expensive than the second one I picked. Didn’t receive any difference in change. Then one of the drinks I ordered came with whip when I shouldn’t of. I tried to get the baristas attention and she was distracted talking to someone else or to tell her that the drink was supposed to have no whip and she didn’t say anything to me but grabbed a drink took a spoon scraped it off and handed it back to me. Never saying a word. Pretty terrible customer service.
