This is my favorite Starbucks! I love the diverse staff and it's always a great cup of coffee! I will literally drive out of my way to go to THIS Starbucks.

I just now took a mocha tall size at Centralia Starbucks location and the lady added mint chocolate in my normal regular mocha which I didn't ask. My mouth was on fire and I m allergic to mint. when I called and asked, she said the lady by mistake, she put mint in the mocha by mistake, and she asked me to talk to Jeremiah who is the manager whenever he's available that's the response I got

This is my go to store, I love picking up my mobile order in the mornings. However sadly I don't think I'll come by in the evenings anymore. Everytime I have stopped by later in the day, it doesn't feel as welcoming and all the baristas don't greet or even acknowledge me. It took them a few minutes to ask if I needed help. Another time I was the only customer in the store and was told my order should be ready soon as I was waiting, they were talking amongst themselves When finally they realized my order was sitting behind them all ready to go.

Happy they were still open at 7:45 and happy to welcome us in.
Orders cane out quickly and correctly. Mine was as ordered but a little bitter so they added some vanilla happily.
We were only ones there and everything was clean - tables, floors and bathrooms.
I can understand leaving room for the whip cream, but receiving cup just above half full just makes me feel cheated. And it's not the first this has happened since the winter menu came out.

Nice looking Starbucks. Stopped in to order a Grande Caramel Machiatto with soy milk and extra drizzle caramel. Though my order was ready in no time, I took a sip before I can walk out the door and realized it was bland, no sweetness whatsoever. I opened the lid and no caramel; drizzle on the foam. I went back and asked for drizzle of caramel and the dude behind the counter was argumentative and refusing my request. Clearly there was no caramel as I showed it to him and so he reluctantly gave it a quick drizzle when I initially asked for extra for the non-existing caramel the drink usually has. This place needs training and attitude adjustment because it is very hard for them to make a customer happy. Should not be in business at all with this attitude.

Ordered a matcha latte with vanilla and they put in caramel. I wasn’t too upset (definitely gross) because mistakes happen. Went to call to let them know the syrups may be in the wrong places and the person was rude and proceeded to hang up on me.
