Worst subway sandwich I ever had .
They didn't have what I wanted on the menu, but when I explained what I wanted he made my sandwich the way I wanted. Perfect! Thank you.

The service was incredibly slow. We sat at the drive thru window after using the self-order was completed for 12 minutes before we were asked for payment and delivered sandwiches. We watched the guy inside delicately putting the sandwiches together, no other person inside & no distractions. Just absolutely no sense of urgency.

OMG!!! Went in and ordered 6 foot long sandwiches from this #subway restaurant on Ellsbury St. that’s right off the I5 in Centralia, WA.
As you can see, this Boss Sub is loaded with all the stuff that was supposed to be in the Club!!! IT’S DISGUSTING!!!! The club was DRY, my son in law had to put on his own mayo!! ??♀️
I just drove 12 miles and I now have to drive 12 miles back and all they’re going to do is compensate me for the 1 wrong sandwich because it’ll be too long to ask my son in law to not eat dinner and wait while I go get his sandwich remade. He was able to eat his, MINE on the other hand is this horrible MESS that is completely inedible!!! ??
I asked to speak to a manager and the guy said there’s no manager and even if I did speak to him he wouldn’t be able to do anything until Monday. WELL, I’ll be back in Hawai’i by then. When I asked how will they compensate me for the drive he said they’re NOT.

I was nice, I waited patiently while my sandwiches were made. They screwed up and now I’m the one paying for it by having to drive all that way back, 12 MILES!!!
I’LL BE SENDING A LETTER TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. Not because of the error but because of the absolutely rude service of how that guy handled this problem. I’ll be sure to get names when I go in!! ???

Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches today not only was supposed to be toasted would have been nice if the bread was baked! Omg sooo nasty like dough!!! Tried to call the store many times no one answered! Will NEVER go back! An no putting them in the oven did not work they were to doughy!

Ordered over $60 in food, all the sandwiches were made wrong. Called the store, had to call back a few times, they were picking up the phone then hanging up. Final Mason answered, let them know the order was wrong, asked if they would remake them. Mason asked Brandon? Then tells me "not our problem call tomorrow". Mangerment and owner will be made aware of this.

Ordered delivery. Delivered to the wrong home as per the picture the driver sent us. Called the store and the employee (who I learned later was named Brandon) continued to pick up the phone and hang it up without a word. I finally drove out there, was told they were closed (they weren’t), and Brandon said they can’t do anything about the delivery orders. I had to ask for the managers name three times before he would give it.

I ordered a turkey sandwich at the window, went home and found a roast beef sandwich instead. I called them thinking they would apologize and tell me to come back so they can make me the right sandwich. Instead they told me that I needed to bring back the wrong sandwich and see if I'll be eligible for a remake. I went to the store with my wrong sandwich and they tell me that I'm wrong and that I did in fact order a roast beef sandwich. Obviously I'm not trying to get an extra sandwich I brought back the wrong sandwich to get a new one. Overall they were about to say "sorry but you ordered the wrong sandwich and there is no remake" they had to text there manager to see if I can get the right sandwich??? There was a young girl there eating food and texting her boss hanging out in the back. Where is the customer sevice??? I'm not going back there.ALSO I paid for a roast beef sandwich which is a couple dollars more than a turkey sandwich and they wouldn't refund me for the extra money I paid for the wrong sandwich. So today I paid for a $11 6inch turkey sandwich.

The lady at the window was super nice, however I ended up getting food poisoning after eating here.. not sure if it was the sandwich or the fountain drink that did it but I'd be cautious either way.
The subs that were made were very good. We do like that. We'd go to that 1 again.
