Refused to take a $100 bill. Unsure why a company can refuse American tender.. was told there was a sign on the door. Noticed it on way out... had to charge my credit card and get interest since they refuse money....

As someone who has trained Subway managers myself this location is lacking. From the beginning it has had problems. When you go in you are greeted with lackadaisical help and half-hearted service. You are also faced with an environment that looks as if it has not been cleaned properly in a long time. When I worked here almost 10 years ago they were supposed to get a remodel and never did. It is still the same equipment and the same decorations in store. Pair this with the half-hearted training they give in store in spite of being required to go through Subway's schooling program, the service is utterly disappointing. No one knows how to do anything other than the basics and they mess up even cooking the bread and cookies. They can't even stock things correctly or mop the floor before they go home. I bet the yeast hasn't been cleaned out of the soda tubes since I worked there. I want better for them.

Ordered online. Got my food and when I was home I realized they put the wrong cheese on my sandwich, I paid extra for avocado which they never put on at all. I don’t recommend ordering online from this location, order in store where u can see them make ur food.

Wonderful! Ordered easily through app for bogo offer. Picked up at 1030 am inside with no issue. Restaurant was very clean and you could see how fresh the veggies were inside assembly station. Sandwiches were piled high with crunchy veggies just the way I like! Great price for 2 huge subs! Absolutely no complaints 🙂 Highly recommend!!

8/26/24 Tried to get 6.99 footlong deal being offered. Not honoring. Go to a different subway.
Came here at 630 pm on a friday night. I ordered 2 sandwiches for my son and I. Was told the Lobby was closed as it was close to closing so we wouldnt get to sit and eat. The store didnt close til 930! My son needed to use the restroom, and was told sorry the restrooms are part of the lobby!
