Fast, good crowd, cheerful workers, just every time I order something is always wrong. They forget to add my extras, they remove base ingredients for no reason, they forget my food.
This is the 4th time in a month ive gotten food and they either pulled the beans out of my burrito because I ADDED beef, or the burrito is the same size as if I didnt add stuff to it. The one down on 72 never makes this mistake.

Terrible service staff activatly ignored people and refuse to make item as order in the digital kiosk despite them being available on the kiosk menu.

Just go somewhere else and do not waste you money, you will not get what you want and the manager will not apologize about it.

I was here a few months ago and I had ordered prob about $45-$50. I honestly don’t remember exactly but I do remember just about my entire order being wrong I had to have them remake it after I finally got one of the 5 people they had in the back to pay attention to me and for my “inconvenience” I was given two coupons which I found acceptable until today when I went to use them and low and behold BOTH were expired as of 2023. Absolutely ridiculous!

July 9th at around 7 to 730pm I went thru the drive thru and ordered what I thought was a pretty simple straightforward order, 3 chicken soft tacos no lettuce add sour cream and guacamole. I get home it's 3 chicken soft taco all with lettuce and no cheese on all of them. And 2 out of 3 soft tacos were missing sour cream. How does this constantly happen at this taco bell? They suck so bad and do this stuff all the time. And they were not even busy at the time. If you dont mind driving then skip this taco bell all together cause this seems to be constant problem with them for yrs

I have a 40 ft trailer so I'm 70 feet long with truck so I went in had everyone look at me for 5 minutes even came up to the counter and ignored me I guess I could drive through their drive through and waste everything in my path pathetic I eat my meals out since I'm on the road I will never give taco bell another penny

No cashier, have to order from a screen. Food is getting worse, especially portion sizes. Charge you for extra of something and then hardly put anything on.
