So tired of corporations changing recipes under the pretext of affordablity. The only reason to change the recipe of their chili adding beans. Was to put more money in their pockets. Their chili sucks bad now. I won't order it ever again until it changed back to the original Dave's recipe. Bite me Wendy. You're a sell out!

When someone makes an order for a large combo and the app glitches and orders a small drink, it would be nice if the employees actually rectified the issue instead of argued with you about it. I literally verified on the app before placing the order it was all large and the app glitched. No difference in combo price, just arrogance. Customer service and respect are obviously fleeting at this location. Literally go to any other Wendy's.

This Wendy's has a new A.I. order taker. It's works pretty good! Jr bacon cheeseburgers are delicious. Plan a good 15+ minutes to get through the duce thru - it is not quick!!! Customer service is usually good.

Best Wendy's we have ever been to. The food was fresh and the store was very clean
Sometimes they get it right, sometimes not. I had two double stacks. The recipe is a perfect combination of beef, cheese, and a slice of onion. One was cooked right, one was cooked to death (think shoe leather). Fries are good. Drinks are dispensed from a multi-drink machine with 60(?) options so, kind of weak on the syrup. Server gave us the wrong drink cup and someone elses burger, new trainee?

The foods what you would expect from a fast food place. I suggest not using cash through the drive thru because you won't get all your change. The last two times I paid cash they shorted me on my change. First time was $2, second time was $1. If you do use cash count it before you pull away.
