I ordered delivery. I ordered Cajun fries and they put so much seasoning. You couldn't eat them. They're way too salty. Same with the Cajun chicken wings. Dry rub two salty They over cooked my pizza melt was almost burnt but boy the delivery guy was Johnny on the spot

If you order online keep your receipts, because if you use your points and get free pizza like my family. It won't show on their end, they didn't believe me but I always save my receipts so their is no confusion. When I tried to show it to two employees they act too good to give me the time of day. Trying to solve the problem by giving me free pizza when it was already free in the first place. Wasn't trying to be a Karen, some people need to work on customer service skills.

Staff is great! One of my favorite employees is a woman named Jamie. She’s got a positive attitude and attentive.
Had my food delivered to great wolf lodge and couldn't even eat my pasta since I was given no utensils. My sister then made an order with them and said to bring extra plates and utensils since we got none and they still delivered hers with absolutely nothing.

The food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly and courteous. I frequent this location both as a customer and as a door dash driver and they are always polite, keep me updated on wait time, and the order is always accurate.

I ordered the crust thin and crispy, however, it was a soggy bottom. I always get this and is always good. It was tasty but soggy also when door dash delivers they do not put pizza in a warming bag to help keep warm, pizza not very hot. Prefer when pizza hut delivers
People are rude I don’t know if it was like a racism thing were nice to all the white people here but when I had asked for plates to dine in they had told me I couldn’t dine in due to my order being a Cary out I didn’t have the option to put dine in on there app so me and my husband were kicked out

Worst pizza hut I've ever been to. When I worked there years ago you had to wash your hands when you came into the restaurant when you clocked in and came back from break. Girl came back from break and DID NOT wash her hands. That is disgusting. Another was eating right near the counter in front of customers! What kind of business does the GM have going here? I work in food and you just don't do that 😅 it's actually common sense.

So pretty much this dude thought he was cool for trying to fight me because I was walking on the opposite side of the road and he thought "I was harassing him" when there's cameras on the street and on top of that he thinks it's fun to drive 45+ on a road where u go 5 when there's kids in the road I'm sorry but if these employees are "scared" of a 15 year old and a 11 year old then they should rehire even after going to the store and complaining nothing was done except him shrugging his shoulders.
