After checking Asian food options in Centralia area Zabdi had the highest rates so we tried it as we were traveling home from out of state. The server was very kind, the portions were very generous and the AC felt good. I had pork teriyaki (which includes veggies which is important to me) and my husband spicy chicken teriyaki. My pork pieces had wonderful crispy edges, yum. It was worth popping off the freeway for a real meal (not fast food). We’ll go back.
This is not Japanese food and the 'sushi' is not sushi. If you're Japanese the only reason to come here is to be insulted.
Fair portions, friendly, rice was hard and undercooked. I got teriyaki and a salmon roll. The fish was gross.

Great food, excellent customer service, and all in a timely manner. My favorite Teriyaki place around! The teriyaki chicken is very soft and the sauce is delicious. I highly recommend.
