This place is the best. Been coming here for 30 yrs. Today I stopped in and had ordered some food then an extra burger patty for our dog that will be crossing the rainbow bridge tonight. She left the window and came back saying she will cover the bill. I just started cryingand said thank you so much. Sweet young ladies.
My husband and I didn’t want a big lunch just a snack. So we stopped in at The Dairy Bar after reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. We shared the bacon cheeseburger. I love how they let you order a half order of onion rings or fries. My husband let me have a taste of his strawberry shake and it was delicious. Is it a fancy sit down dining experience??? No! Nice young lady taking orders. It seems to be tradition to yell at/honk at people waiting for their food as people drive by which was interesting lol (happened at least 4 times). The food is good old fashioned junk food like (delicious) milkshakes, burgers, fries, etc. It’s a little shack type place so expect to have a wait for your food. The food was cooked and prepared flawlessly. Even with the wait (maybe 30 minutes) we were happy with our order.
