Plaza Jalisco in Chehalis has been my favorite Mexican restaurant for years. I loved the staff and the food. The last 3 times I have gone there, or ordered food to go, my order has been messed up. We have been given completely wrong meals from what we ordered. With prices increasing so much, it would at least be nice to get what I ordered. We had a terrible experience when I brought my whole family for a birthday party a few months ago. So bad, we were never eating there again. I broke down today and got a carry out because we love the food so much. I get home and they gave my son the wrong enchilada with barely any rice or beans. He will go hungry tonight because he doesn’t like what he was given, as I ordered him something else. For 3 meals and a kid’s plate, it was just under $74.00. They have even changed their rice and bean recipes. I don’t understand what is going on. It is truly disappointing because like I said before, we have been going there for over 20 years, and it was a favorite place for us. I sadly do not recommend this place anymore, and it’s time for my family to find a New Mexican restaurant.

I got the seafood chimichanga which was drenched in sauce and it made the fried chimichanga so soggy. About 1/3 of my plate was sour cream and guacamole. We also got the Burrito Carne Asada. This was also drenched in sauce and the steak was bland. After eating my food, I've been sick. Very nauseous and other things. We won't be back.

This is the 2nd attempt eating here. Unfortunately the food was average. I have eaten at many food trucks that had better tasting food. The service was decent and friendly. We will not be back again and wish them well

Birthday lunch with the wife. Had to ask for someone to take our order otherwise I think they would have just left us there. Ordered chicken Taquitos with No sour cream or guacamole. Came with sour cream. Filling inside the taquitos was the consistency of soup and looked like cat food. Would have to eat it with a straw. Sent it back only had an hour for lunch, no lunch for me today.
