During our first visit to the Centralia area, we were craving some asian food and happened to stopped by Somsiri Thai for a late lunch. Y'all. The food here is so good. I have to admit that it was way beyond my expectations. Everything we ordered was so delicious, and the portion sizes... huge!. Only take out. Opened at 4:30. And got there 4:40. Already had a line of take out orders. Pad Thai super good. The right flavors and not a dry noodle the right spice. Got soup and the dish with peanut sauce both very tasty.Parking: Street parking free 2 hours

Food is GREAT, but they are rarely ever open. Even during posted open/closed hours, sometimes they are just closed with no explanation. Which is a bummer when you are really craving good authentic Thai food, because they truly are phenomenal. If it wasn't for the inconsistency with their hours I would give 5/5.
