The food was so savory and delicious. Absolutely loved the seasonings and broth for the dish! Atmosphere was also so nice and calm. Our waitress was such an angel and was amazingly fast!
My husband and I stopped here for dinner during the Seattle to Portland bike ride. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambience were incredible. I had some very specific dietary requests and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Our server went and talked to the chef, and the chef even came out to the table to talk to us and make me something special. Our first visit. The atmosphere was nice with soft decor. Our waitress was absolutely a delight. We had the bacon cheddar dip for a starters, white fish and scallops for dinner, and creme bruela for dessert! Every bite was so fantastic! This is a nice fine dining for Chehalis. I recommend enjoying a wonderful evening at The Quincy!!
