Overall our food and wine was delicious! There was a disappointment for my 4 year old granddaughter though. She picked Sorrento's for a celebration of a special event for her. She loves it there especially for the “long” spaghetti she always orders. There wasn't any!! She started to get teary about it and we were very disappointed for her because she had been waiting for this event. It turned out pretty much ok because the pasta was a similar shape to a stegosaurus...
I've been going here for years. It's a beautiful view. The food and wine has been mixed over the years but lately the food has been terrible. Last time I was there I ordered the salmon. It was so fishy, dry, barely warm and no seasoning - served with the MOST BLAND rice or something - can't remember exactly what the grain was but had zero flavor. Honestly the worst meal at a restaurant in a long time. So sad. Please fix the food!!!
Enjoyable dinner. Server was responsive. They had so many support staff tending to the tables! These staff looked like they were unhappy, no smiles, no interaction, quickly cleared dishes, dropped food on the table and left so quickly he didn’t hear me comment on cleaning it up. Their presence was unpleasant.
