Natalie is hands down the best employee. She is fast efficient, and beyond kind. Most of your other employees are not personable and very awkward when interacting with guests and especially with children.
The employees are very helpful,kind,Strive extremely hard to get your order out quickly. I have been there when they have extremely rude customers and they are still very polite to those customers.Kudos to them for all their hard work and patience.
I have had this Starbucks before and it didn’t take long but this time we got to Cle Elum at 2:00 and we walked out of the store at 2:30!
My family thinks they serve the drive-through first, there were 4 people working so it shouldn’t take that long. They were busy but we walked in before the crowd. Also my mom ordered a vanilla latte and the guy who put the drink in the counter spilled the syrup.
The drinks tasted the same as any other Starbucks.
