Chelan is definitely not short on Mexican restaurants and food trucks, but very few stand out. This spot is very unassuming because it sits right next to the gas station. However, the food is amazing and reasonably priced, especially compared to other places. To save time, you can phone orders in. They don’t always answer the phone, but if you call again, usually they will.
It's a taco truck, right on a busy road, and literally one of the best ones I've had. I was in town for a girls weekend and ate here twice... Once on the way in and once on the way out! I'll now be looking forward to it every time I go through town. The tacos did not disappoint at all (tried most meats) and the quesadilla was so cheesy and delish. Friendly service.
Grabbed a couple of plates of tacos. The tacos are about twice as big as I expected, but perfectly delicious. Ended up snacking on them while we were wine tasting. Very delicious at a fair price.
