Food and drinks were fantastic! By far, some of the best coffee we’ve had here in Chelan. Comforting atmosphere and great service, we had an exceptional time here at The Family Bean. 10/10 ⭐️
Been coming here since the beginning! It has changed owners but very little else has changed, especially to customer service. The Straub family has continued to make this establishment the destination the original owners did. Worth the short drive north of Chelan to get the friendliest and best service around!
The Family Bean has become one of my favorite places to stop for coffee and treats for the kids. Every visit is consistently wonderful — the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about their customers. They even remember regular orders, which makes the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.
The shop itself is clean, cozy, and has that warm, community-focused atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again....
