Love coming here! The store is always clean, everything is well stocked, and the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend stopping by if you're craving froyo!
This location in Cheney is always fairly busy when college is in session. I have never came in to find them out of items or low stock of toppings. Always clean and brightly lit. They do rotate the flavor options for the frozen yogurt. Normally have a couple options for people with dietary restrictions. Would have given it a five-star, except the pricing keeps going up.
I still haven’t gotten a response. The only way I can seem to get ahold of anyone is through reviews since sending a message through the website hasn’t worked for me twice now. I’m sorry but this is so frustrating. All I want are points for a purchase I made two weeks ago. I have a receipt for proof. Someone responded here and said they were going to get back to me and I haven’t gotten a response.
