No customer service has ever been as amazing as the barista Emma! No one lights up your day quite like her! She is very funny and THE BEST worker! This company needs to realize how much of an amazing worker they have! Shout out Emma the BEST worker!

A customer enjoyed the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino as a sweet treat, and baristas showed how to make it a perfect espresso drink with ristretto-affogato. Another customer had a drink with strawberry purre that turned out bad, but the barista made sure they got a new drink that tasted better. This Starbucks feels like a little community with warmth and consistency, and the vibe is perfect for a break from the day.
