I think its weird to have so many servers and not have a traditional service where they come to you and take orders. Servers would stand to make more tip by actually waiting tables...but here you go to the counter and order at the register and they bring it to you instead. The overall feeling of this establishment is a snack bar not a diner restaurant that has prime rib on the menu.
