This was our first time at The Keg and I and we had a very fun time. We joined some friends and family there to listen to some live music by an excellent singer who we have known since long ago. The space is not real big but is modern and has a super welcoming vibe. We shared a meat and cheese platter which was yummy. I like the way you can select each item for the platter. My buddy and I had the Irrelevant Hop Pale Ale and agreed it was delicious. The place was full of friendly...
The music was good. The beer was good. The atmosphere was good. This was our first time here, but we loved it. I just wish they were closer to home. We've driven past this place a few times on our way to Port Townsend, but they aren't open every day, and we typically hit it wrong. This time, we targeted a day they had music, and we brought our own food.
What a beautiful lil jewel to stumble across! The food is good but all in case you pick, not cooked to order And mostly like charcuterie...which is not bad...just a head's up. We made a beautiful plate of yumminess to share. Kombucha was DEVINE (tumeric and SO refreshing!). There was love music in the back and hang out area out front as well as a roomy inside for playing games or sitting and chatting in worse weather. Pretty kewl place, so cool, we went back again last night!
