La Oaxaqueña has authentic Mexican food with hand made tortillas and corn tortia. The owner and the couple who run the food cart are kind and friendly. People can wait in my car while the man ran food to my window. The carnitas super burrito, chicken burrito and super burritos are enough for 2 whole meals and are generous portions. The tomatillo salsa, regular salsa and salsas are fantastic and delicious. The horchata is real and home made. Tacos with flat iron corn tortia have a little crunch followed by a nice chew. Enmoladas with molé and tacos durados are also delicious. Vegetarian options include fresh veggies and a quesadilla plate. The taquito dorados and flan are also on the menu. Service is amazing and vibes are amazing. The food is fresh, good quality and tastes like home. La Oaxaqueña is a little obscure but worth the 15 min drive from Long Beach.
