This has been my favorite arbys for 20 years. There is also an employee named Tobias who really makes you feel valued as a customer. We always appreciate his kindness, and desire to provide a positive experience.

Honestly, visiting this Arby’s was probably the most pleasant fast food restaurant experience… the food was super fresh, the establishment was extremely clean, and the staff was just the most attentive and kind humans, specially Tobias. Awesome time!
Last year or so it's impossible to get fresh hot food.

Went to Clarkston Arby's tonight and was extremely disappointed, I got one of the bourbon chicken sandwiches with no bacon, extra crispy onion. And received exactly 3 half crisp onions, didn't get my fry that I ordered with my meal, and they used the soda machina that was out of order minutes before I walked in and when I told them it tastes funny they just said that was strange, needless to say I was not happy with tonights service

The crew is always really nice. My order was messed up and I didn't catch it in time to go back. I had the deluxe burger, it was good . Nothing spectacular above any other fast food place serving burgers.

My husband and I visited for Veteran's lunch. Ethan was very pleasant and helpful at the counter. Tobias brought our lunch to us quickly. We had a Reuben and the snack chicken wraps. Both were very tasty. We enjoyed both curly fries and crinkle fries, topped off with tangy lemonade and an orange shake. Later, Ethan circulated through the dining room greeting customers and offering hard candies. Very pleasant experience.
Hate to say it, I come here often and usually get prompt 5 star service... It's 1630 now on 5/18 I had to wait 5min to get any service at the front while I have to watch 2 people tackle drive through. Talking about discounts and such from the drive through lady (lucky them). When my order was finally taken I was not handed my drink and delivered my (French dip combo) order without fries. When I asked for fries I had to watch the young lady hold my fries in her hand for another 5min while the older woman employee talked to her. This whole ordeal took well over 15min. This just wasn't the day for prompt or hot service I guess..
