We have enjoyed shopping at this store for many years however today was a problem. We noticed a large number of customers not wearing masks even though masks are required. When we asked a checker they told us that they were not allowed to enforce a mask mandate…this shows me that Costco is more concerned about a potential confrontation with a customer than they are about the health and safety of their customers

Usually we go to the Kennewick store but wanted a different drive from Walla Walla. Very clean and social distancing. We will be back to Clarkston!

It is a great store with wonderful staff. I just wish it wasn't so far away. I wish we had a Costco in Walla Walla. Driving to Clarkston or Richland/Kennewick is costly for us here in Dayton & even those in Walla Walla.

Thanks to the great staff and GM at Costco Clarkston! Didn’t know there was a senior hour today but they let me shop with my father in law since the line was small. Got just about everything I needed too! Great customer service!!! Btw toilet pepper is still going fast but they had it in stock!
