There was a 15 to 20 minute wait which is not surprising for Hazel's on a weekend morning. We were told to go wait on the deck unfortunately there were no seats on the deck where we could sit for the 15 or 20 minutes. We left will try again some other day the food here is great and the service is usually exceptional

Super friendly folks and excellent food. I wish I found this place earlier in my trip down the Lewiston. My hotel's breakfast sucked for 3 days in a row so I ended up here and I'm glad I did. The bacon omelet was solid with the the red cubed potatoes and the whole atmosphere of the place was cozy and family oriented. Strongly recommend it.

First time going there as we came into town and wanted to find a good breakfast place. They came recommended to us and it was absolutely delish. Best omelette I’ve ever had. The waffles are amazing with fresh blueberries. The atmosphere is fun and the staff were all super super friendly. Definitely check it out.
Hazel’s Good Eats is a cheerful, funky little spot with super-friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. The atmosphere alone makes it worth a stop.
That said, Hazel’s is very much a breakfast place — not so much a lunch stop. My family and I came through town needing a quick midday meal, and not knowing the focus, we ordered a burger and fish and chips. Our daughter got the pancakes — and she was absolutely delighted. Fluffy, buttery, golden perfection.
The lunch options, by contrast, were underwhelming. The burger was fine, and the fries were actually quite good. But the fish and chips didn’t have much flavor and tasted like something that probably wasn’t made in-house. The tartar sauce was unexpectedly sweet, and I ended up skipping it.
As we ate, I found myself gazing longingly at the breakfast plates arriving at nearby tables. They looked fantastic — and clearly, that’s what Hazel’s does best.
Still, we really enjoyed the visit. The staff knew many customers by name, and the whole place radiated a sense of community and care.
Next time, we’ll know what to order — and we’re genuinely looking forward to trying breakfast for ourselves.

Ive eating here now about the last 5 or 6 times. Every time the food has been excellent and the service is some of the best in the valley! This is my favorite restaurant in the valley!
Great food and service. It was very hot and loud in the corner booth we were sat in.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was amazing. But what really stood out was the service. Every woman working was so kind and welcoming. My daughter, 16, has a tri-malleolar fractured fibula, her entire ankle is so messed up right now and it’s hard on her considering she’s not gonna be able to enjoy the rest of the summer, and they went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere was laid-back and warm, and we left feeling full, happy, and genuinely appreciated. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies of Hazels good eats 💕

The wait staff were VERY friendly and attentive, keeping my coffee cup brimming. The only thing that kept the entire rating from being a solid 5 stars was the chicken fried steak. While it was good, the seasoning seemed a little off from the traditional flavor that I prefer. I say this being a lifelong aficionado of chicken fried steaks. I'd eat there again in a heartbeat, however, but likely have something else from the menu.
