Hogans is a gem. Great people, excellent food (if you’re not regularly eating the bite size and chopped cheese you’re doing it wrong) and that’s not the mention the specials (chefs kiss). Top it off with an old fashioned and you’re living the dream. Love this funky little place!

My wife and I don't get a whole lot of alone time as we still have two kids living at home. We decided to go to Hogans. The food was amazing. I ordered the Falafal appetizer and a salad with Blue Cheese (don't judge 😉). I couldn't tell you what my wife ordered. Anyhow, Liv was absolutely an amazing waitress/bartender!!!!! We will definitely be back!

Hogan’s is exactly what a hometown pub should be — laid-back, welcoming, and full of personality. It’s the kind of place where locals gather after work, travelers feel right at home, and everyone leaves full and happy. The vibe hits you right away: classic bar energy, comfortable booths, a friendly hum of conversation, and the smell of burgers and fries working their magic in the kitchen.
I ordered one of their burgers and was seriously impressed. The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked, the bun was fresh and held together well, and the toppings were crisp and flavorful. You can tell they don’t cut corners here — just quality ingredients cooked right. The fries were golden and perfectly seasoned, and the portion size was more than fair for the price.
The service was excellent. The bartender and servers were friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in keeping the place running smoothly. Even with a busy crowd, drinks came fast, food came hot, and there was always a quick check-in to make sure everything was right.
The drink selection is solid — cold beers, generous pours, and a few local favorites on tap. It’s the perfect balance of a sports bar and a small-town hangout spot.

This is the best bar in Clarkston!! It’s fun, inclusive, perfectly decorated and lighted, is old and has history, and has great drinks and prices. The folks working there are great too (we had Liv helping us)! I’m so happy we got to see the ole Hogan’s Tavern and grab dinner and drinks here while on a visit. They make their own dressings too!
