Good food, but service wasn't great. They were in a hurry to close a half hour early. Not once did they smile or actually greet us.

I have been goin into this papa Murphys in clarkston for almost 3 years and today I went it to place an order to pick up in about an hour and the Assistant Manager( so he told me) was incredibly rude! Called me a liar , told me he should not even be waiting on me because of the way I talked to him.. all I asked was if they could give me 2 baking trays on each pizza and cut one in half, he told me they can't do that, I said they had done that for me in the past because my oven is so small that's when the liar came into play... I lost my cool, he was in no way wanting to listen, started mumbling under his breath Yada Yada yada..I heard him say "I should not even be waiting on you the way your talking to me" I live the papa Murphys here in Clarkston I have been a customer for several years now and never have I had a bad experience in anyway .. this young Man told me when I asked to talk to the manager he said" well I am the Assistant manager here so good luck with that"
I have worked customer service for 25 years prior to breaking my back and becoming disabled, If I had spoke to a customer like he spoke to and treated me today I would have been In So much trouble and begging for my job, I did not think asking like I had done before to cut a tray for me would have been such a big deal but apparently it was... to the owner the establishment, I feel bad for you.. he is goin to ruin your business with his attitude and poor customer service skills, maybe a refresh on customer service skills and help with an attitude adjustment will save your business, you have spent far to much money worked your behind off for a very long time to let one employee that's has worked for you for 5 years ruine it...a sad day !

These guys have great take & bake pizza. Super busy on Tuesday nights, but you can get in & out really fast most of the time.

Papa Murphy's is a great option for feeding a crowd. Being able to cook at home allows me to have hot pizza on my time frame. They are consistent with their service and their product.
