I recently had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a medium chai and a large blonde latte with brown sugar cold foam on the side. We were charged $1.32 for the foam, but received only about 2 oz, which barely added any flavor to the drink.

I am a loyal customer to Clarkston Starbucks, I go there at least 6 days out of the week. This morning after work I ordered my usual, Venti or Grande Chestnut Praline Latte(hot), along with Double smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Shortly after ordering I realized I left my Debt card at home! Once I got to the window I immediately let the lady know and apologized. She was so polite and even told me to hang on for just a second. When she came back they let me have my drink!...
