I'm so happy for this family's business to be open again (after the hard times the government put so many businesses through). To see their happy faces and energy gives us all hope that "the future looks bright." Joy asked me how my cheese burger was. I said it was juicier than Carl's Jr. After that, I could not resist their soft serve vanilla & ? cherry combo ice cream. I also love the retro/eclectic atmosphere.

Service was pretty good but it wasn't busy. I got a bacon cheddar burger with straight fries and a drink. Place has a real "Bob's burgers" kind of atmosphere, nothing to crazy. Would love the straight fries to be crispy. The fry sauce is good if your like animal style fries. I had to make it and my burger spicier, that's just a preference. They have tons of sauces and jalapenos to pick from to add to the burger if desired. For the price these days it was a good burger for what you pay. I'll swing by again sometime.

Burgers were a step above McDonald's but not the "best" burger in town. The "curly" fries were soggy straight fries after about a 5 minute drive to where I shared dinner with my husband.

The owner sat in the lobby walking from table to table yelling about politics and hiw bleeding heart liberals are the cause of homelessness and how he can't hire anyone because of Biden literally the whole time I ate my meal. Everyone can have their own opinions I just miss the days when it was rude to talk to strangers about politics.
