We had my dads birthday party at The Hayes House tonight. We had a larger party. The food was excellent, came out quick and was hot. Our waitress Katrina was top notch, she was kind, attentive and present. We had people in our group who had not been here before they were all impressed. We will continue to come back!!!
I wanted to come here weeks ago for the BLT, but couldn't. I didn't pass up the chance today. I had the crayfish boil. What a mighty bowl it was! The Cajun sauce was definitely on point. I love hot stuff so, it could have been a little more spicy for me. I also had the warm bread, with butter and a side of the lemon pesto. My wife and I had never been here before, driven past, but never actually checked it out. Decided to have a date night here last night. Love the atmosphere, casual, bright and clean. Food was great. I had bite size steak (perfectly cooked) and wife had the mac n cheese with chicken and bacon. Brussel sprouts appetizer was tasty also. Our server (she was the bartender, but I forgot her name) was attentive and friendly. Overall great first impression and we will be back for sure....
