I've been calling the shop all day to speak with a manager. The phone just keeps ringing and then hangs up. My husband and I went here after a long day at work. We ordered 2- 32oz Frappes, $18.11 and we got a huge glass of Half and Half!?! Absolutely nothing blended about our drinks. Not only that 2 cars pulled up on the other side of the coffee shop and got helped before us! Service was absolutely TERRIBLE and the drinks were even worse!!!! We will NEVER go back!!!

I was coming off of i90 after a long day I needed coffee to not fall asleep. I got a white chocolate latte 16 oz. It took the girl 5 seconds to pull the shots not kidding. It was a big glass of milk ? I tipped and I shouldn’t have. Very disappointed. Learn how to pull shots.

I've been going to Blend and Brew for years! Multiple times a day sometimes. All the baristas are wonderful. They are always laughing which generates such a positive vibe! They usually have my drink ready for me if they see me coming :) Quick service and great products!

The older lady that works there came to the window quite unprofessional and rude with food in her mouth asking what I wanted. On a separate occasion I had put 0 tip on the receipt as I was giving a cash tip, I later looked at my transactions and saw that they took out a unauthorized tip out of my bank account.
I spent the night in Cle Elum last night, just passing through. On my way out this morning I was in dire need of coffee. But that's pretty much every morning.Not knowing the area, I had originally planned to stop at another coffee shop that should listed first. But I saw this place, and decided to change plans at the last minute.They open early, I was there at maybe 6:02 and they were already ready to go.They have a wide variety of coffee products, flavors, and even various foods. I just wanted coffee, so my order was pretty quick and easy.The staff was really pleasant and friendly, very chatty but still fast and efficient.Prices were very reasonable, about what you'd pay at any other coffee place.The coffee was really, really good. Some of the better coffee I've had.I definitely recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in Cle Elum. Whether you live there, visit there, or like me or just passing through, you can definitely get yourself some pretty darn good coffee here.

This was my wife and I’s first time to try the drive up window with Blend & Brew in Cle Elum WA and so happy we did. We met Lindsey and for the next 4-5 minutes she entertained the two of us with the most welcoming personality and smile. Lindsey had everything available to my wife’s high maintenance coffee choices and also changed it out for a larger cup midway so my wife got an extra bonus with her Italian soda! Got a 16 iced triple caramel americano with cream. It tasted like a single, watery shot of coffee went into it with a chemically aftertaste.
