“Fantastic brewery hidden in the heart of Cle Elum! Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Kid friendly but with plenty of space for those looking to get away from the kiddos to spread out. Great selection on tap (we tried a few ciders, and an amber, and a blonde) and delicious food (we had the chicken tinga nachos and birria tacos). Welcoming and friendly staff/owners. Looking forward to our next visit!”

On top of all that, the biscuit was large, buttery, and flaky. Overall, it was a great experience. I look forward to my next visit.”

“I’ve been a regular at The Liberty Cafe for a couple of years and have found no better experience for quality food and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is friendly with both locals and tourists stopping in. Just be careful to make sure you’re hungry before ordering a full order of biscuits and gravy!”

I have been judged by alot of businesses in this town, but I can always sit at El Caporal and have an attentive, promt and excellent experience. I've visited in slow times, and peak service hours, and I can honestly say that the service and wait time's have never skipped a beat. These people are dedicated to their oath to serve you, and I can't recommend their hospitality and amazing recipes more”
