“I’ve been a regular at The Liberty Cafe for a couple of years and have found no better experience for quality food and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is friendly with both locals and tourists stopping in. Just be careful to make sure you’re hungry before ordering a full order of biscuits and gravy!”

“Can't say I'd come back here. We stopped on the way back from a camping trip but it was pretty disappointing. They brought one of us the completely wrong order; it seemed like our waiter had a hard time hearing but he didn't ask for clarification or anything. And even the food that was correct still wasn't great—the chicken was dry, the enchilada sauce and beans tasted like they came straight from a can, and the chile relleno was thin, limp, and soggy. Nothing was egregiously bad, just bland and lazy. On the plus side, the food came out very quickly and the chips and salsa were free!”

“During our road trip through WA, we stopped here for a snack. Inside, it was clean and well-organized with seating outside. You'll need a code for the restroom. The staff were friendly and worked well together. Ours offered suggestions and complimented my kid's hair colour, making their day. The main drink maker was quick and efficient, not easy during peak times and especially if there are grouchy customers who expect perfection :) There was also ample parking outside. We would definitely return if we're in the area again.”

“I ordered pickup from the Cle Elum location, it’s a small walk up location (I missed it a couple times before I found it). The staff was very helpful and friendly. Pizza was delicious! I ordered it for my dinner for the week since I’m traveling from out of town and it’s perfect. I will be going there again and trying the location in Hayden local to me!”
