“I ordered the Country Fried Steak and eggs. The steak was juicy and tender. The sausage gravy was superb. My over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly. And the hashbrowns were delicious and crispy. On top of all that, the biscuit was large, buttery, and flaky. Overall, it was a great experience. I look forward to my next visit.”

“I’ve been a regular at The Liberty Cafe for a couple of years and have found no better experience for quality food and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is friendly with both locals and tourists stopping in. Just be careful to make sure you’re hungry before ordering a full order of biscuits and gravy!”

“I’ve been going to Cle Elum Bakery for well over a decade, and it’s a mandatory stop every single time I pass through Cle Elum. There are so many good things here, but the divinity cookies and eclairs are my absolute favorites. The divinity cookies are unique, sweet, and ridiculously good, and the eclairs are always delicious. There’s a reason I’ve kept coming back for more than 10 years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!”
