“Stumbled into this place by chance when the little one was hangry on our road trip. Food is top notch, everyone loved it; I wish I could give it more stars. Portions were plentiful, and prices were very reasonable. But honestly, the customer service was what made this place. Put this place on your must stop list. They went above and beyond for our little one. Coloring books, changing the television to a kid's show, and making her feel incredibly welcome.”

“Chef Davis is phenomenal! I can’t believe he chooses to share his inventive cuisine in the Yakima Canyon. They grow many vegetables onsite and forage for mushrooms. The menu rotates depending on what is freshest at the time. October is seafood month and Chef gets only the best. Every dish is created with such passion and it shows. Have never had a bad meal here. The first couple years they offered a Thanksgiving buffet that was great, but no longer. My only complaint is they have specific limitations on the time period of your reservation. The larger the party the more time you’re allowed. Up to 4 people you only get 90 minutes, and when they are busy they WILL ask you to leave when your time has expired. I find that offensive, especially because our round trip travel time is longer than our allowed time to dine. The first time we were asked to leave there were 4 of us celebrating birthdays. We had drinks, appetizers, entree and dessert, which takes longer than 90 minutes when you want to enjoy a leisurely meal with friends. The waitress politely asked us to leave a couple times and then she called in the big guns who nearly dragged us out of there. This was right after they initiated the time limit and we weren’t even aware of it. Another time our waitress informed us that the reservation after us had cancelled so we could take our time. I hate this restriction and have never had it happen anywhere else. If the food wasn’t exceptional that would be a deal breaker. My recommendation is to go at times that are least likely to be busy.”

“IHB has a real community vibe. Friendly, where all are welcome, where they take beer seriously but don't take themselves that seriously. Great beer, great pizza, and a place where I've had meaningful conversations with complete strangers.”

“AMAZING food! I mean this is Triple D worthy!!! IYKYK! You wont be disappointed! The name is definitely fitting as the food put me in a very good mood! So flavorful and the chicken was breaded perfectly!!! The sidewinders were crispy and salty in the best way, The good mood sauce reminds me of yum yum sauce but way better and the sauce that comes with the gyoza is a perfect compliment to them! Definitely coming back!”

“I ordered several pizzas for my team’s annual (late) holiday party, and they did not disappoint! The pizza was delicious, and who I believe to be the owner who took our order was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We have an employee who is vegan, and he went out of his way to help—he even made one of the pizzas half cheese so they could join in, and then included an additional vegan pizza on the house just to make sure they were taken care of. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the genuine care they showed really stood out. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again!”

Everything we tried was amazing, especially the jerk chicken and the mac salad. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and every dish feels like it’s made with real care. You can tell they put a lot of passion into their food.
It’s the perfect spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends. Ellensburg has plenty of restaurants, but Island Fusion really stands out for its unique menu and consistently delicious meals. If you’re in town or passing through, this place is a must-try!”

“Eating here is always a great experience when it comes to the food. I do wish they had a bigger kitchen and dining space to accommodate the crowds. But it's a reliable favorite of my family's for breakfast/brunch/lunch and we love having such a fun place with outstanding food to get us out of our daily routine once in a while. They have a kids menu too, which is great for when my little boy isn't feeling adventurous. Everyone is super friendly and low key. You won't be disappointed, if you can find a seat.”

“BBQ was pretty average overall—nothing amazing, but not terrible either. On the pricey side for what you get. The brisket leaned a bit dry, and the cornbread didn’t stand out. Ribs were solid, though. For a spot in the middle of the state, it’s worth a stop if you’re passing through. Dinner for two, with one beer and dessert, came to about $120 after tip. The sides felt a little small for the price, but the cowboy caviar was excellent. The service was also excellent, but it was very slow mid-afternoon and we were the only customers.”

“The food and service is always amazing I just wish they updated the hours on Facebook, I been by three times in the last couple weeks when it says they would be open and they were closed. Also it still says they are parked in front of central smoke shop but they have been parked next to the new Warriors station for over a year now.”

They offer food too and the tacos were home-made and really good. Highly recommend a visit here - we had a really enjoyable evening.”

“Lovely place for adult beverages and quite tasty house made rootbeer. There was Good Mood Food truck serving hot yummy food like fried chicken sandwich and spring rolls.
They allow furbabies inside which is lovely on a under 40 winter day.
Perhaps if I got a smash burger from the truck, I would have tried a beer.”

“Stopped by here late on the night we arrived to town and were hungry after the travel day to get here. The gentleman at the window helped us to get our order placed and we took the food home. It was a decent burger and a good milkshake. Really enjoyed their fry sauce.”
