“Stumbled into this place by chance when the little one was hangry on our road trip. Food is top notch, everyone loved it; I wish I could give it more stars. Portions were plentiful, and prices were very reasonable. But honestly, the customer service was what made this place. Put this place on your must stop list. They went above and beyond for our little one. Coloring books, changing the television to a kid's show, and making her feel incredibly welcome.”

“Long time fan finally visiting the taproom. I feel like a bandwagon fan since I only knew about their dark beers and the IPA. The taproom has more choices including 3 ciders, pizza food truck outside, and plenty of seating. Cool space, worth a repeat visit.”

“Julep is the eatery and watering hole Ellensburg desperately needed! Elevated, creative food and drinks with as many fresh or local sourced ingredients as doable while still being in line with all the other downtown restaurants on pricing (say what?!). Whether I am catching up with a friend, looking for a quick bite between lunch and dinner, planning a group hang (heyoooo to birthday parties), or taking an out-of-town client out to experience Ellensburg, Julep always hits the mark. Amazing food (I'm a sucker for the honey bird or shrimp po boy), great drinks (they have such a lovely variety of hard alcohol and truly took the time to cultivate their offerings - and yes, much better wells than anyone else in town), and the staff are just lovely. Be warned, once you come in once, you'll want to do it again and again :P”

“Stopped here in Ellensburg for the last 2 days of our vacation in Washington State/BC before heading back to the UK - loved the beer, the atmosphere and the welcome from the staff. They offer food too and the tacos were home-made and really good. Highly recommend a visit here - we had a really enjoyable evening.”

“The new store manager ROCKS!! Since the new store manager started, the service and quality of food has been AMAZING! We order lettuce wrapped burgers and they are delicious. Before the new manager we had stopped going because it honestly was horrible. A couple months ago we decided to give it another try and we were pleasantly surprised. And every time since, it’s been the same great service and quality. The new manager came to Ellensburg from the store in Union Gap, WA. We always had stellar service when we stopped there after our Costco run. We are so happy to now have him in Ellensburg.”

“Amazing food that never disappoints! The fresh sheet with seasonal dishes gives you a chance to try something new from the chef. The rissotto was to die for! Good cocktails with unique flavor combinations too. The ambiance is romantic; we loved the dark old wood. Our server was attentive, but allowed us to talk and have a romantic evening without too many interruptions.”

“No one ever picks up the phone when you try to call ahead and there's also two different numbers. It's really frustrating when I need to call in an order and I can't reach anyone. It's a shame because the food is good.”

“We had a variety of appetizers, sashimi, and sushi rolls. The eel rolls that come with the bento box A was my favorite, though we also tried the scorpion roll (great if you’re the type that likes rolls spicy with a sauce on top) and an interesting eel one wrapped in cucumber which was a little sloppy to eat but really enjoyable.

Of the appetizer options, the seared tuna was my favorite.”
