Oh my gosh I got the quesabirria tacos and these are the best things I have ever ate. I used to dislike Mexican food because I thought it was dry and bland but these tacos changed my life. I wish I could eat these everyday because no word can describe the amount of juice from the meat and the flavor oh my gosh I am blessed to be able to even eat such tacos. Please move to Bellevue these tacos are worth the 2 hour drive for
The food is excellent and the service is great. You can dine in or dine outside or do take out. Both areas are clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly and efficient. When I am in Ellensburg this is my go to place for Mexican meals.
