“This is going to be my new favorite burger joint, Hands down! I had heard good things about it, but never have been. Food is made to order and there is no dine in. Its either drive thru of order at the window. There are picnic tables. Portion size, its similar to miner's. I think it was better and cheaper tho. 28 bux got me a 1/2 pound bacon cheese burger a bacon chicken sandwich a double order of tots and the biggest drink available. It was too much food for two. Will definitely be back!”
“My wife and I are what you might call espresso snobs. We typically make our own, and dread ever having to order from a coffee stand. The espresso was really good here, and so was the coffee cake. We also found the staff very friendly. When you want good expresso, give Highway Espresso a try.”
“On our visit we only stop to have coffee and a cinnamon roll and the cinnamon roll was absolutely delicious. The view wasn't bad either with the snow and our server was very sweet. We will try to go by there again! ☺️”
“Lovely people, warm welcome. neat beer selection from local Brewers. Inc, icicle and varietal. Quality macro and wine too.Local vibe. Almost a “Micropub”, definitely a community local spot. Something everywhere needs.People seemed to be enjoying food, however I was there for the beer.”
“Why cook outside on a cold morning while camping on the naches when you could pop over to Mountain Mommas every morning! Cinnamon rolls the size of your head. Best home made biscuits and gravy. Many times have I been there and not only did momma serve us, but she then walked to the kitchen and started cooking our order fresh. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area for breakfast. Have heard good things about lunch but only ever had breakfast. Nice resort setting off the Naches River that feels like a breathe of fresh air.”
“We love the Woodshed! Their Mountain Mary is an incredible version of a bloody Mary with a jalapeno popper on it. We mostly go for breakfast but do lunch many times we come back from riding out side by side. The drinks are good and the portions are very shareable especially the nachos! We will continue to go often!!!”
“We decided to dine outside, it was a lovely day. I selected the BLTA with a side of spud salad, it also came with a little dish of fresh fruil (nice touch). My dining partner went with the ham & cheese omelet, rye toast and hashbrowns, it too came with the fresh fruit dish (breakfast all day). The BLTA was tasty and so was the spud salad, kudos. I did have a bite of the omelet/hashbrowns, yum. Our choice to sit outside was marred by a few pesky flies, (hint: a fly trap would be a good idea). The meal was prepared and presented in an appealing manner. I'm so glad we took the advice of a local fruit stand owner to try this little place. Also keep in mind they are open, Th-Sun. If we're coming through Naches again, we'll stop in, albeit eat indoors next time. Otherwise very good!”
“There was a bit of a line, but a gal came out to our car and took our order, to nicely speed things up for us. The blended mocha was awesome, too. If we lived in the area we would be back often.”
“We have been trying to find a place for some time that served my favorite sandwich a Monte Cristo for awhile now. This place is the new favorite for me! It was perfect…so long Poodle Dog Restaurant on the coast! Some one else has taken 1st place…”
“REALLY good burger with all the fixings and homemade fries just don't find that much anymore, our server crystal was fantastic never had to wait for beer or food the other customers were super friendly, been through naches a million times and never knew this existed so glad we found it will definitely return!”
“Fish & Chips (sweet potato fries) were excellent, as was the chowder! The service was very good. Was a little disappointed and surprised to see a "To Go" charge for a dessert. ? Had "To Go" boxes for our dinners and wasn't charged. Would be curious if dessert is ordered to the table but then put in a box, ? would there be a charge? Am starting to see more restaurants putting these kinds of "hidden" charges on customers' receipts. Hope this doesn't cause a decline in customers, as I have seen with other restaurants.”
“This place had the trifecta, great food, service, and atmosphere :) We had the potato chowder, taco pizza, and the jalapeno pepperoni with sweet Thai chili drizzle, all excellent! I had the aged gentleman stout, and it was very stout, but nummy. Half a glass thru I knew I wasn't driving home, and I'm not a lightweight lol. Highly recommended ?”
“Came back from White Pass and was starving. Stopped in and got a ribeye. It was cooked perfect and the sides were a nice slab of roasted bread and some potatoes. It hit the spot. My wife got a pizza and she liked it. Our first time there and we would go back.”
“Excellent Korean food that reminds me of my time in Korea. Generous portions, friendly staff, and outstanding service. Definitely have a place to return to on a regular basisAnd for those who are looking for sashimi, I had the freshest sashimi I've had in Yakima - the Red Snapper was right there with the best I've had in Vancouver BC, San Francisco, and Japan.”
“Probably my favorite restaurants in Yakima. The space is inviting, and tastefully decorated, with a large open kitchen. Probably one of the few restaurants in Yakima that would not feel at all out of place in Seattle, or NYC, or another large city - not bashing Yakima at all, but just a much more ‘hip’ vibe then most other places in the area. The Asian-fusion menu rotates frequently, and is always thoughtful, innovative, and honestly just delicious. It is a bit limited, but at the same time, there always seems to be a good range of options from salads, to fish, to ramen, and a number of staples. Much of the menu (if not all) is designed to be shared, small-plates style, and has always been just wonderfully prepared.Service has always been friendly, and a lot more easy going then you would expect for a higher end place - which is a good thing. The prices are higher then many other restaurants in the area, but are justified by the quality of the food, service, and just experience that they offer. Just one of the best restaurants in Yakima.”
“I really like this place a lot. It is my go-to spot for snacks/boba tea. The only thing I have to say is that most of the weekends you end up going, they're completely out of the brown sugar boba. Other than that, it's a great spot.”
“This is a lovely out of the way Brewery. I sampled the first five IPAs down their list. Tiny Dog was my favorite by far. Delicious. Then I had the kids burger with fries and spouse had the blue and black burger. The fries were outstanding. Crispy and not greasy. Both burgers were great.”
“A great, family-owned Mexican dining experience! The service is always quick and friendly and the food is delicious. Typical Mexican plates and beverages served quickly and with a smile! Our favorite Mexican food in Yakima!”
“Wow! What a hidden jewel of a restaurant!! We come to Tieton fairly often, and this will be on our list for regular visits! We ordered a la carte. I was worried that it would be a little too fancy for our taste. I am so glad that I followed my local daughter’s recommendation and gave it a try. We will definitely be back regularly. The pork belly and Brussel sprouts were great. The chocolate olive oil cake was moist and delicious and not too sweet. The service was OUTSTANDING!”
“What a treat for my toddler! Perfect place for rainy days and cold winter days. This place is so cute and clean. One big open room with a main wood play fixture with various themed play areas and plenty of toys. We went on a Friday morning right when they opened. Hannah at the front was very friendly and helpful for our first time. So convenient that they serve coffee, teas, beverages along with simple snacks for kiddos & adults. Also merchandises can be purchased as well. What a unique place. Plenty of seats and play area is fully gated. $12 for whole day- able to leave & return. Pretty affordable! For kids six and under so I don't need to worry about bigger kids accidentally knocking down my toddler. Highly recommend!”
“I went to Manhattan Station in Gleed and I am so happy with my experience! Morgan was one of the best baristas I’ve ever had and she always has best drink ideas! Would definitely recommend :)”
“Great little family run Mexican food restaurant. It meets multiple criteria. First of all, authentic Mexican cooking isn’t going to come from a high school kid cranking out tacos. The kitchen and staff are authentic. Next criteria, when you see the restaurant packed with Hispanic diners, it’s a very good sign (never understood why Taco Bell checks that box often)The food and service were excellent. We will definitely be back!”
“I'm a huge fan of Salvadorian food and this is one of my favorite spots next to the place I ate outside of Savannah, Georgia. Spectacular flavor, perfectly cooked food, impeccably clean food and space. Really nice folks too. Wish I would have been hungrier so I could have sampled more of the menu, but anytime I'm anywhere near this place I'll be making a detour to try it again. Really cool tile mural outside of the restaurant too, and very nice little town that is really well kept.”
“This spot is an absolute delight! In a shared space with simply crafted marketplace, they have set up a wonderful little spot to grab your favorite caffeinated beverage, a quick breakfast, or a snack from a local bakery. They've got some outdoor seating, as well as a large shared area with the folks inside. Note to all: Simply Crafted has charcuterie boards that you can grab to go with your caffeine! The ladies that work here are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, kind and good at what they do!With plenty of good local coffee options, it can be hard to decide which one you like the best. The combination of service, quality and accoutrements makes the spot one that we come back to a lot!”
“I always try and eat here when I'm in town.We had a great dinner. Our server seemed very busy. He was very attentive but a little pushy. He took a plate away without asking, and we hadn't finished yet. I'm so thankful he didn't take my Pico de Gallo, I packed it all the way back to tri cities!”
“STILL AMAZING! They put other pizza ? places to shame! The very prompt, fast and friendly!! The ask you if you want a drink while you wait for your pizza. The Even comments on my Goonies Hoodie! I'm on the Ticktok ”
“We two visited Tieton and spotted Santos Bakery, so decided to get a pastry to go with our picnic lunch. This review is about our experience purchasing and devouring those pastries.FOOD: 5.0. We both chose the same eclair-shaped Mexican pastry (new to us) that has a banana-custard filling. Outstanding. The banana taste was subtle - just right. Thankfully not too sweet - perfect. Texture - luscious. Heavenly!SERVICE: 5.0. A baker was bringing out pastries when we were there, and kindly and warmly answered our questions about the pastries.”
“Had my first ever visit here on Saturday. Got some grading done, had a delicious breakfast sandwich, and a sugar-free Red Bull. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Pleasant atmosphere. I will be back!”
“What a hidden little gem. Quaint little cafe with superb service and delicious food at great prices! The cappuccino was fantastic and the mimosas were crisp and refreshing! They have some great local gift ideas too!Kid-friendliness: Lots of small knick knacks at a level where kids can knock them down.”
“Great coffee, bagels, and treats. Atmosphere is cozy and fun. Last two visits, my order has been mistaken and I get to wait on the correct drink. They have given me the mistakes but I give them to someone else or toss. They are getting their issues ironed out and will be a 5 soon.Parking: It's narrow and tough to find when they are at "peak" busy hours, befor school starts or event in town.”
