The first thing that hits you is the stunning, high-end design. The interior is beautiful, modern, and carefully curated, giving it an upscale vibe you wouldn't necessarily expect to stumble upon in a small mountain town. It sets the perfect mood for a great meal.
Their menu is intentionally simple, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients rather than overwhelming you with dozens of choices. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you order. Every single dish they make is executed perfectly and tastes absolutely amazing. It’s fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
Between the gorgeous ambiance, the top-tier food, and the convenient location for a pre-concert road trip stop, Orchard has officially become a mandatory destination for me. Highly, highly recommended!“

I have been judged by alot of businesses in this town, but I can always sit at El Caporal and have an attentive, promt and excellent experience. I've visited in slow times, and peak service hours, and I can honestly say that the service and wait time's have never skipped a beat. These people are dedicated to their oath to serve you, and I can't recommend their hospitality and amazing recipes more“
