There is a place to dine but it's not a good environment to sit and really enjoy a good meal. I would rate the service & atmosphere higher with improvements - please stop using styrofoam food containers, use biodegradable plastics/straws, and clean the tables regularly.“

“Actually some of the best food I’ve had in my life, when we ordered on phone the lady had given my grandmother an estimate on the wait time when my families orders will be finished, there was ton of sauce on the chicken and the beef and broccoli, the pork was very good and I usually do not eat pork ever, it was a nice change and it was very pleasant. I left a 3 star on the atmosphere because I have been there in person before in the past and the interior is very nice and I wanted to include that. This dinner made my night and I will fall into a very relaxed sleep when I go to bed. The beef and broccoli with pork rice and the sweet and sour chicken was only $18 dollars but the portion was enough to feed 3. 10/10 I would definitely go here in my free time or with my friends.“

“This place is fun! Love the inside and food was good. After getting seated it took about 10 min to have someone come take our order so a little long and at the register the lady was talking to costumer after they paid about just random stuff and we waited for a good while so we could pay. Finally the older gentleman (I think he is the owner) got up of the stool when he saw we were still waiting to pay and helped us. I’m all about friendly service but not at the cost of others time. Overall great place and we will be back.“

“Stopped here on the way back from the Tri-cities to Seattle. Typical diner with excellent food and excellent service. These are the types of places we prefer over fast food chains when traveling - and this one did not disappoint and in fact, exceeded all our expectations with the fantastic friendly and quick service and the super tasty food. The servers know us by now and always know what we want and they have been wonderful at making their food vegan for me.
Everything is healthy and not covered in oil. Couldn’t say enough.
My only wish would be that they had tofu on their menu as an alternative option.

“I’ve been a long-distance fan of Owen Roe wines for several years. Their Sinister Hand red blend has been a long-time favorite. I recently experienced a shipping mix-up with an order and David O’Reilly, the winemaker, was very understanding and generous in contacting me and quickly resolving the issue. I will continue to be a fan of Owen Roe wines and look forward to visiting the winery in person when visiting family in Washington.“

“Great food here. I had the bacon wrapped asparagus burger on a pretzel bun and tater tots. Couldn't go wrong with either. Their chocolate milkshake is dang tasty too.
It's one of those places where you know everything on the menu is going to taste great! The only challenge is to order something different.
They aren't resting on their laurels, or their buns for that matter, unlike another burger place nearby.
Getting the peppermints in the order is a welcome touch.“

That of course our fault! … but I happen to be very hungry… two of your waiters (gentlemen) asked me if there was something they could get for me! Of course I said, yes!! I asked for Iced Tea .. brought to me immediately and then the second gentleman asked if he could get something for me .. he brought me a small loaf of that delicious bread nicely warm and butter!! It was delicious!! I would like to commend those two gentlemen!! Your restaurant is phenomenal as well as elegant!!! Thank you!! “I come here often, and the food is legitimately good, and the prices are comparable to fast food (so you’re getting better food at a similar price), but there are some quality consistency issues. 1/3 times either the refried beans are quite runny, or the fries are undercooked, or condiments are forgotten. The last one isn’t really a big deal, but when there are small issues like that 1/3 of the time, it can feel like sort of a gamble, which is disappointing Overall I’d still recommend El Ranchero, though, because the quality/value is still strong all put together, and one of the girls who works here is incredibly nice—so I’d still say five stars overall, just with the caveat that consistency could be a little better.“

“One of my favorite spots in yakima. You can't go wrong when you fill up your own bowl. You can choose as much veggies as will fit in your bowl, same with your meat options.

You watch as your food is being cooked. Everything was cooked spot on.

Also enjoyed the egg flower soup and white rice bowl on the side.“
