“just had the most amazing experiance of customer service EVER! we came in 10 min to close and we were willimg to leave however the manager offered for us to stay and eat (in the dining room) even tho they were closing soon! we had huge hearts and appreciation for one of our favorite places to eat! highly recommend 😍“

“Great food here. I had the bacon wrapped asparagus burger on a pretzel bun and tater tots. Couldn't go wrong with either. Their chocolate milkshake is dang tasty too.
It's one of those places where you know everything on the menu is going to taste great! The only challenge is to order something different.
They aren't resting on their laurels, or their buns for that matter, unlike another burger place nearby.
Getting the peppermints in the order is a welcome touch.“

When I read that the new owner is the Grandson of my old Landlord and original owner of Magics pizza in Selah I already knew that this place is now in great hands! I recently went last weekend with my 2 kids and my daughter immediately said "oh my gawd these are way better then (m***rs) burgers 😆 . I honestly felt the same way, the frys were perfectly seasoned and hot, pattys were cooked perfectly, toppings fresh, the sauce they use is so dang good! 👌Topped my meal off with one of there Milkshakes yup it was delicious! I will be back way more often now after the great experience me and babies had. Oh and the staff were super friendly and attentive, this made our visit even better. Great job guys! 👍🏻👍🏻“

“Fabian provided outstanding customer service. Even though our onion rings were accidentally left out of our order, he handled the situation perfectly when we came back. Not only did he make sure we got a full order of onion rings, but he also surprised us with a cake, which really went above and beyond. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and Fabian turned a small issue into an even better experience. His kindness and professionalism made our visit ten times better. “The employees at the Nob Hill Burger King location are fantastic. They were short staffed so Miguel came in several hours early for his shift. He saved the day when my (post first day of school/tired and hangry) child noticed the frozen coke machine was not working. He smiled and mentioned other possible options curbing the flow of tears with ice cream. The crew delivered hot, delicious food so quickly. Miguel again saved the day by wiping down all the tables in the Kid play area when I asked. He did it quickly and with a smile. The wonderful employee dynamic makes the place spectacular. The play area is well maintained and is a favorite of my children.“

As you walk in, its real quite, real clean, really, really great customer service, not like many restaurants that have things all chaotic, and no smoke, not so much business in the dinner. When I eat, I love to hear others in the dinner, but not toe point that it feels over crowded. This place was just perfect for us. The associates were super Friendly and polite to us, and their menu had lots of options to choose from. The associates were also super help full, and patient with our order. Food was so good and fresh. The chicken was good and tasted great. My family will be back here to eat again. Best part was it was really, really clean, something 90% of restaurants are not. The restaurant really needs some attention as the lights over the dining tables are full of spider webs and the round ceiling lights are also coated with dust along with vents. Window seals are dusty and seating such as table and chairs looks like they haven’t been wiped down. Store isn’t really busy and employees gathered up at front.“
