McDonald's provides friendly and patient service, both in the drive-thru and in-store. The staff is quick to fulfill orders and accommodating with special requests. The restaurant is clean, wheelchair accessible, and has plenty of room for families. A recent visit by a group of 35 high schoolers highlighted the great service, with the manager being particularly nice and efficient while honoring coupons. Customers appreciate the good food and service, as seen in feedback about Saul, who provided excellent customer service when issues arose with app orders. While prices may be high, the overall experience remains positive, especially for families with kids. However, some changes are coming, including the introduction of kiosks and a remodeling on Yakima Ave, which has raised concerns about job impacts and the family-friendly atmosphere.
