Service OK - I suspect just understaffing though, when our waitress was able to check in with us she was helpful and personable. They took our 2nd cocktail off the bill to amend for forgetting to send out our salad which was appreciated.
The food was totally delicious but felt pretty overpriced for the casual atmosphere/service quality. I guess cost to be expected in a resort setting but a little underwhelming overall. Maybe an off night? Would probably try again.

The food and service was excellent. My wife and I went there for lunch and she had a salad and I had soup and a half sandwich. There are also great views we sat on stools at a ledge looking out into the forest. Highly recommended.

The ambient was good. Loved the live music, amazing! Wild kids running around without being supervised not so great. It looked like the restaurant was short-staffed. Only one person seating guests. Once we sat down, it took a while to get drinks. We ordered appetizers and they were ok. The carne asada fries had good flavor but they were too salty (and I like salt). My husband's steak was not medium well as he asked. Even though he sent it back, it was still not cooked as he expected. But instead of sending it back for a second time, he just ate it. Overall, the food was not worth the $500 bill.

For what we ate was expensive. My hanger steak was a little tough. More well than medium. The carne Asada fries were very good. Next time I think I'll have a Cobb salad and Carne Asada and fries. We will be back.

Our visit to Stovehouse on this visit was a let down; the food was not the normal restaurant quality. The best part of my dinner was as the asparagus and the wine was great. The restaurant seemed too busy to be concerned about the quality of the food. Sad but true

Food quality was well below expectations for the price point. Some dishes were cold as that had obviously sat while waiting for the rest of the meal. Steak had little flavor and required a lot of added table salt.

The hostess (she made note of my gluten allergy and informed our server) and our server, Quinn, were warm and welcoming. Quinn was knowledgeable and attentive to my gluten allergies and prepped our dessert to go so we could take it back to our room. The cocktails and food were delicious and the view at sunset was calming.

Food was subpar, menu variety was lacking (although there were numerous DF and GF plates for our guests), food was slow to arrive, and server was constantly distracted with visiting another set of guests while other tables waited. Followed by a ridiculous bill for the experience. Poor enough experience that I felt compelled to comment.

Our server Brennan was spot on along with all the other staff that promptly attended to our needs.
The food came out quick and had good flavor. However, there is room for improvement on flavoring.
There were six adults and a six year old in our party, and everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks.
Pricing was a little high for the drinks and food but probably on par for a golf club.

Service was good, views are nice. The carne asada fries were so good and flavorful. The sliders needed more sauce they were a little on the dry side. Overall good

We were thrilled to find the Stovehouse was dog friendly on both the patio and lounge area. Dalton provided excellent customer service and we all enjoyed our variety of dishes.

Terrible experience. Not blaming the wait staff. Made reservation on open table for outside. 4 adults 3 kids. The hostess said outside was first come and cannot be reserved. We were staying at the resort. I showed the reservation on my phone. She said the app is wrong and they are short staffed. Left us sitting g outside with hungry kids and when we asked about what what was happening we were ignored. Finally as we were trying to find an alternative Dina or Dihna came over and said she'd help us. Basically it was a disaster and it is a management issue. But Dina was very helpful. Food is ok.

Dinner was great. Beautiful view of the golf course, service was nice. Meals are small but not too small. You will leave satisfied, but not over full. Husband had pork ribs and I had halibut. We both really liked our meals, they were cooked perfectly to our liking. There was a large party in the back so very noisy almost to the point of our asking to sit outside but they finally quieted down once their food was served. We'd definitely return on another visit to the area.

My wife and I were staying at The Lodge at Suncadia so we decided to try this place out. It was a Sunday night and we had reservations, but none were needed as the place wasn't as packed. There were only two servers and so the service took some time. But, it wasn't terrible. I ordered the 16oz. Ribeye (seemed smaller) and my wife ordered the 8oz. Steak Au Poivre Filet. My steak was good, albeit a bit overcooked. But, my wife said her filet was way overcooked. She ordered it medium well, and it was more overly well done. She said the sauce was very watery but had a good taste. We also ordered baked potatoes which were good. And Brussels sprouts, which we never got. But weren't charged. We didn't let the server know that our meal wasn't cooked to our liking, but, she she seemed so busy we didn't want to bother. She was really nice, we just didn't see her as much. For dessert we ordered a chocolate cake that was $16. We took it to go and we were so surprised how small it was. The taste was good but it wasn't worth $16! The meal was ridiculously overpriced for what we got. It was very reminiscent to a dinner theater type meal . We most likely won't be coming to this restaurant again.
