The food and service was excellent. My wife and I went there for lunch and she had a salad and I had soup and a half sandwich. There are also great views we sat on stools at a ledge looking out into the forest. Highly recommended.
The ambient was good. Loved the live music, amazing! Wild kids running around without being supervised not so great. It looked like the restaurant was short-staffed. Only one person seating guests. Once we sat down, it took a while to get drinks. We ordered appetizers and they were ok. The carne asada fries had good flavor but they were too salty (and I like salt). The food was totally delicious but felt pretty overpriced for the casual atmosphere/service quality. I guess cost to be expected in a resort setting but a little underwhelming overall. Maybe an off night? Would probably try again.
