Very nice coffee shop. The inside looks very inviting. Along with coffee they have a large assortment of drinks. Juices, energy drinks and coffee. Something for everyone. They have a large assortment of merch that looked pretty nice also. Friendly, cheerful staff member completes a very nice visit. Thank you.

Then to top it off, they literally ask you how much you want to tip. Nothing discreet, just how much money ya gonna give me for making the wrong drink and I’ll type it in without even trying to correct the order.

Passing through on my way to the Airport in Seattle. I have been an espresso lover since about 1999. I am always looking for a coffee shop that truly loves coffee and the customers. This place serves one of the best drinks I have ever had. I will be bragging about this place all over the country. I will be back anytime I am close. I love your coffee and the amazing, personalized experience !

I’ve always been a loyal gravity customer. We’ve never been inside the cafe as the ones in the city I’m from were farther than the drive through. The line at this location in the drive through was long so my family and I decided we should go inside. We went inside and stood at the register for 3-5 minutes and were never even acknowledged. If we had at least been acknowledged as we knew they were busy, we would have stayed. To say I’m disappointed with the service is an understatement. I’ve been a gravity customer since their very first stand opened.

Had to wait for my order for ever! also coffee doesn’t taste that good. Ordered croissant and it was really cold inside couldn’t finish it disappointed. Atmosphere amazing and very beautiful inside. I hope they can improve customer service by providing at least hot sandwiches.

At this location, it has been nearly two weeks since all three blenders have been out of service. As a result, baristas are unable to make any smoothies or shakes, which represents a significant portion of the menu. This ongoing issue is disappointing and negatively impacts the customer experience.

Their coffee are to sweet. After my wife order a coffee and it was no tasty and so sweet - the decline us to remake a new one and charge us for upgrade. Service is terrible. Don’t recommend!!!

Really need to either get a manager who works in this location regularly training people or you really need to find new people. I won't be going back here. I've been going here the 3 years we've lived here but not only did the mess up 2 times in the same drink but someone didn't give me the proper gift card during your bogo deal. So instead of a $50 i only got a $25 and when I went use it my balance was gone and definitely shouldn't have been. The new employees are lacking training and everyone who works there is lacking caring maybe trying hire people outside of college and it might be better.

The coffee is amazing, has great flavor. The girls there are so sweet and kind, always talking it up to me when I come in. I believe two of the girls, Kam and Lily, and the sweetest!! Always giving me such good customer and asking me about my day. Love it!!
The indoor cafe is always so nice and cozy, I LOVE sitting in the back on the couches.
I have no idea why these people are saying this is a bad place. Think they would have something better to do then talk bad about here. It’s awesome! I SO recommend!! 🥰
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The bathroom was in poor condition, with toilet paper stuck to the walls for over + five months, which is unacceptable. The customer service from the baristas was unprofessional, with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. The hot coffee was barely lukewarm and lacked any real flavor. Even worse, the hot chocolate tasted "rotten," according to my kids. Overall, this visit was frustrating, and I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

Killer coffee, along the French and Italian roast style, plus we get to charge our car. The place is always clean which I like. It is not a very cozy place... Built for the charge and go folks for sure. Fortunately the people are always friendly.

The store smelled like Abercrombie & Fitch. Like someone sprayed perfume inside the store. Too little things to eat. No display of food. Coffee was horrible. We went to different coffee shop in town and they made really good coffee. They saved us. I won't go this place ever again.
