Stopped in to use the restroom and made the mistake of ordering inside. Proceeded to watch the staff make meals for cars that arrived well after me. 15 minutes for 2 mcchickens is definitely 1 star for a mcdonalds.

They are great! I am pretty picky about how I like my food. I want it hot so I always ask for cook to order and I never get attitude line i donate Wendy's lol. The one thing I would say is there is always one mistake made with my order Everytime I go wether it be a missing fry or onions on my son's burger, so that get annoying. They ALWAYS make it right, so there's that!

This is the second time I have been given wrong food here. I stop here monthly on the way to and from Seattle, I gas up and get a quarter pounder before I head up the pass. This time we placed the orders, 1/4 pounder meal and a Dr Pepper. We hit the highway and what was given to me was the wrong burger, it was a double patty something, to big to eat while driving. Update: I came back through on Tuesday 11/10, for breakfast. They forgot an item, I was still at the window waving to get their attention, there was a large girl talking on the phone and gave me the shhh sign, what is with your employees here. Finally another employee noticed us and got it fixed. You got your second chance I will not be back.

Service could be a bit faster, but it is what it is. The employees are friendly!
For the food - it’s McDonalds :) I always get a cheeseburger or chicken nugget when I come through. Always hot and hits the spot.

Second straight time i’ve sat and waited for my online order for 30+ mins. Both times i’m on my work lunch and so i’m on a limited time frame.
Both times i have ordered on the app, not big orders, just enough for one. They always thank me for using the app because I would think that it would make their jobs a lot easier.
This time i do the same thing, order on the app, go through drive thru, This time they tell me they are waiting on fries and it would just be a minute. I pull up front to wait, and it’s 20 mins before the food gets there! Another car rolls his window down and says “this is not fast food anymore” To which I agree. Both times i went i was late back to work either waiting for food or refunds.
This is the slowest McDonalds ever. I’ve been to old school real diners with table service that are faster. Super disorganized. Zero management.

So… waiting in the lobby. Very slow and service is subpar. No one to take your order, kind of condescending when the person takes you to the side screen. Two McChickens and an ice cream and 10minutes…. Everything is beeping, and they are scrambling in slow motion…
Now 11 minutes…. It’s only 7:50pm!!
Needs to prioritize people actually here. 13 minutes now… management needs to push for higher standards.
