I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 3. I've been here several times now and contemplated on what I wanted to say. The food would be good if it were fresh. You can tell that they make everything the night before and then nuke it. I got home, excited to eat my food and everything was cold right down to the very center of it. I don't mean, the 20 mins to cool down from Cle elum to Thorp...I mean COLD as in it's been in the fridge and microwaved for 30 seconds....
An oasis of solid Mexican food in the frozen squall. Great value, huge breakfast burritos, authentic flavors. The only place you need to stop between Seattle and Yak.
Constructive criticism for the kitchen: add salt. This would be a 5-star destination if the seasoning was better. I added my own and it was phenom.

Yum yum yum! I love the fish taco and adobada torta. The meat on both is so fresh fresh fresh. Adobada was juicy and tasty. The fish taco the fish was so tender but also lovely crisp.
Portions are large, it is wonderful. New favorite for when I pass through cle elum :)
