Food was incredible. I live in Bellevue where there’s a lot of competition in the restaurant industry and this place pretty much beats all of them and it’s in little cle elum! Recommend anyone to try. Only thing I will mention is if you say you’re open and have a # linked to your Google please pick it up during open hours or make sure the hours are accurate :) tried to call to pick up some food on the way thru town and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. But, if you dont do pick up that is okay! Keep up the amazing work! Excited to come again.

Delicious dining in downtown Cle Elum. Ordered the spicy clam pasta (requested light spice - which was perfect) and halibut fish and chips. Both were fresh-tasting, and flavorful. The space was a little noisy for not quite being full but not excessive. Will be going back!

Group of 10, had a reservation to celebrate a birthday here. Pricing was a little high but given the strong reviews, it felt appropriate.
Unfortunately, we found the food to be meh. Taste is subjective though so what really soured our experience were the below items:
- service was well meaning but lacking in timeliness and forgetting parts of our orders often. The first instance was receiving about half of our ordered cocktails first. The server then forgot to bring us the other half and got distracted with other tables. After waiting several minutes - and clearly seeing our cocktails waiting at the bar - a member of our party had to get up and ask the bartender if we could grab them and they let us.
- our server brought everyone’s food except one person’s and then proceeded to forget to bring that one person’s food for another several minutes (again!) Unfortunately this person also had their cocktail forgotten in the above situation so it added to our growing disappointment.
- there is a 3% credit card surcharge. This is completely unusual for a restaurant establishment charging these rates. Not a service charge, a credit card surcharge.
Again, took forever to get our check and pay. The waitress was pleasant and lovely, but we definitely felt that she was either over worked with tables or was giving us less attention given the 20% auto gratuity for our group.
I’m leaving a review because while I don’t think the restaurant is the worst, I don’t think the high reviews were accurate to our experience and I’d like to give others the heads up that costs don’t quite meet service, particularly if you’re with a large group.

My husband and I were extremely impressed by the food served at Orchard! We were blown away by the mix of flavors and textures in our meals. The sourdough bread was also excellent. We plan to stop here whenever we have the chance to travel to the west side of Washington state.
